What Could Be The Cause Of Strong Odour And Dryness In Vagina?
I am not feeling exactly normal in my area (i'm famale). I don't have the usual systoms for a yeast infection. but i feel like im dry inside, and i have a stronger odor than usual. my boyfriend also says that his urine has been stronger in the last month. what could that be?

I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely bacterial vaginosis. For such patients i advise clindamycin or metronidazole as vaginal suppository combined with clotrimazole. I also recommend them to use intimate wash to normalize vaginal bacterial flora and PH and there by prevent from getting further infections.Hope this may help you.
