General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
Huntington's Disease is a fatal autosomal dominant disorder characterized by progressive motor , emotional & cognitive dysfunction.
It is caused by mutations in the Huntington's gene on the short arm of chromosome 4 specifically an expanding and unstable polyglutamine repel in its eroding sequence.
Diagnosis can be confirmed with GENETIC testing
As you mentioned that your sister is having urine infection ( ++++ bacteria ) and bleeding history , She also lost weight 70 pounds within 4 months.
The treatment should involve a multidisciplinary team that can provide SOCIAL , MEDICAL , NEUROPSYCHIATRIC & GENETIC guidance to your sister & your family through the course of illness.
Also get in urine culture & drug sensitivity test .
Please mention in detail about bleeding ulcer.
In your sister case as she is loosing weight so please take care.
In my opinion consult as I mentioned above TEAM of different persons.
Good luck.
