What Could Be The Confirmatory Test For HIV?

Possible HIV exposure. I had unprotected sex with another male for about 6 secs... The rest was oral. I started to feel malaise and my hand peeled a little on the outside and on my palms. There was a little peeling on the top of my feet. Im so scared to go to the doctor because I may kill myself. I've been soooo worried... I don't know what to do... How much of a risk was this and with these symptoms? There was no ejaculation.

Your description suggest a STD rather than HIV but you should visit a doctor because early treatment is a key. Better to visit a dermatologist.
