What Could Be The Diagnosis As Per The Blood Protein Test?

I have ESR 120 and I went through a blood test and bone marrow aspiration. Bone marrow test found marrow plasmacytosis (25%). Doctors conducted blood protein test as well and detected M spike of 3.38 and Gemma 3.88 and myeloma detected. What could be the diagnosis?

Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,

Presence of plasmacytosis (more than 25%), M spike and raised ESR are diagnostic of Multiple myeloma.
Multiple myeloma is a neoplastic proliferation of plasma cells.
This malignancy starts in the bone marrow.
I would suggest you to immediately consult a hematologist.
Treatment is aimed at reducing the proliferation of malignant plasma cells.
The effects of plasma cell proliferation is replacement of normal hematopoietic cells by malignant plasma cells. This leads to anemia, infections due to reduced white cells and bleeding tendency due to low platelets.

Thanks and take care
