What Could Be The Dry Cough With Difficulty In Breathing And Cold With Signs Of Heart Block?

2 weeks ago I started with a dry cough. Within two days I was coughing hard and very frequently with difficulty breathing. The breathing got better but not cough. On the seventh day within minutes I became stuffed up and my cough had become very productive. I have become very fatigued and weak like. Appetite has decreased also. The symptoms continued for 4 days so went to Dr and he said just wait it out for 4 or 5 days and see what happens. He could not hear anything in lungs, but I had had a coughing spell just before which seems to stop the rattling in my lungs for a while. Cold is getting better but cough is like a barking cough deep in my chest. A lot of times I am choking because I cough so hard. I am not sure what to do know. I feel so fatigued doing the least thing. I also have heart faiiure and complete heart block. So should I go see a cardiologist or family Dr again?
