What Could Be The Life Expectancy After Lung Cancer Spreading To Back Bone Causing Paralysis?

my father is suffering NSS lung cancer from one year and 9 months and has been administered chemotheropy and radiation. Has been taking chemo pills for 9 months. Now the disease has spread to back bone rsulting paralysing body down to wrest. please tell me how long he could survive?
