What Could Be The Little Bumps Around The Base Of Penis?
hey im 26 years old and I have had these little bumps around the base of my penis. I really don t know how long they have been there I just know they have been there the past year or so. they never hurt they haven t spread but I really don t like having them down there. what could it be an what should I do?
Hello Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have multiple bumps at the base of the penis.
These are what is called as Forcyce spots which is nothing but collection of sebum beneath the skin.
The skin at the base of the penis is rich in sebaceous glands and hence prone to get more sebaceous cyst due to accumulation of sebum beneath the skin.
Normally they fade away without treatment however they need to be treated if increase in size or get infected. Dr.Patil.
