Hi,I am Dr. Santosh Kondekar (Pediatrician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My 2 month old baby girl has a pea sized lump on the inside of her lip, near her gumline that her mother and I just noticed today. The fact that we just noticed it today makes us think it cropped up relatively quickly; as if overnight. It is fleshly in color, but almost appears to be filled with clear/milky fluid.
thanks for your question. there are lot of salivary glands in mouth and they get temporarily blocked at times to produce cyst called ranula...nothing to be done . it will disappear on its own.
