What Could Be The Lump Near The Tear Duct Which Is Painful?
i have lump near my tear duct, not on the eyelid. it was 3 days from now. i feel pain when i touching it and if i blink my eyes. and just this morning i can t open the infected eye. i only do hot compress to lessen the pain and swelling. can tell me what happen to my eye?

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having acute Dacrocystitis giving rise this problem.
Put antibiotic eye drops every 3-4 hourly.
Take one oral antibiotic medicine course for 3-5 days.
Do hot fomentation.
Ok and take care.
