What Could Be The Lump On The Penis With Clear Fluid Draining?

I am 15 and around six days ago a red lump appeared on my penis which is about the same size as a spot on someone s face and when I tried to pop it clear liquid came out of it. From what I have read online it suggests I have penile lymphocele but I need someone s best diagnosis.
