What Could Be The Minor Irritation And Redness In Testicles?

What could minor irritation and minor redness on the testicles be? Sort of a shiny, scrunched, and weak look. Recently shaved and the hair follicle spots are scaring me when I examine. Really concerned, been self checking many times a day. Extremely stressed.

Hi,

I can understand your concern for the minor irritation and redness in testicles.

After reading the query, in my opinion it appears to be possibility of simple fungal infection only. Do not worry it is not at all a sign of any sexually transmitted infection.
I suggest you to apply anti-fungal cram such as clotrimazole or terbinafine cream application because are best effective in these condition.

Do not pinch, pop or scratch or even touch the area unnecessarily as it can cause aggravation of the rash. Do not even try to see the area and touch it again an again in anxiety.

Stay away from humid and hot environment. CAhnge your undergarments for two time daily.
