What Could Be The Movable Bump On The Thumb ?

Possible calcium deposit? on the inside of my left thumb , there s a bump underneath the skin that moves when you press down the on it. What are the possibilities of it being?

it could be most probably implantation Dermoid, its seen when the skin gets pricked by example needle in which the lining of skin gets into inner structure and starts growing and causes the swelling. it is unlikely to be calcium deposit.
pl consult a general surgeon if stil in doubt
