What Could Be The Possible Symptoms For Kidney Problem?
I am diabetic patient 7 to 8 yrs. now bl.sugar is fasting 105.20 mg./dl. pp 219.38 mg./dl. serum creatinine 0.53 .mg/dl. Routine ex. of urine R.B.C occasional, pus cells 5-6, epithelial cells 1-2. (microscopical) Am I suffering from kidney problem? What is suggestion?

Kidney problems start with the symptoms of hyperfiltration and then swing to hypofiltration.
As per your blood sugars and serum creatinine it appears your kidney function appears normal.
Secondly serum creatinine is not an absolute marker for determining the kidney function decline in the patients with the known case of diabetes.
Urine microalbumin and serum creatinine ratio is the earliest marker for determining nephropathy..
