What Could Be The Rashes And Red Bumps Spreading On Butt Cheek Of A 19 Month Baby?
My 19 month old has had a pretty severe diaper rash for over a month. I tried lotrimin.. No relief, I took her to the pedi and she said it looked like a teething rash. Since then the rash has become worse and small clusters Of red bumps are spreading up one butt cheek. What could this be?

Once there is severe nappy rash better stop using nappies as far as possible.
Keep the area free from moisture and apply Rashfree oinment or any other ointment containing clotrimazole.
An antihistaminic syrup like cetrizine may give some relief.
