What Could Be The Reason Behind Repetitive Palm Blistering With Brown Spots?

I'm a 30 year old male I weigh approximately 300 pounds I have developed a strange blisteringon the palms of my hands that turns into brown spots and eventually peels it has gone away and then comes back and the palms of my hands are covered with these brown spots that were once raised blisters under my skin my e-mail is YYYY@YYYY

I really appreciate your concern, this could be consider, hypersensitivity reaction most probably endogenous etiology , antihistamine "Hydroxyzine' 10 mg three times in day can be tried if this fails to response then I would advise you to check for differential diagnosis like Lupus erythematous, arteritis , churg-strauss syndrome, take care and have nice day.
