What Could Be The Reason For A Red Lump Leading To Mark On Top Of The Legs ?

It is my pleasure to help you,
I had gone through your history and understand your concern,
The infection and swelling may due to type of bacteria entering the skin, usually by way of a cut, abrasion, or break in the skin.
This break does not need to be visible.
The most common organisms which would have caused your symptoms are Group A Streptococcus and Staphylococcus which are part of the normal skin.
Your infection and swelling can be diagnosis most often by clinical clinical examination.
Treatment consists of resting the affected area, cutting away dead tissue, and antibiotics.
Hope i have answered your query. Feel free to post query.
