What Could Be The Reason For A Red Lump Leading To Mark On Top Of The Legs ?
Recently, every time I wake up, I wake up with a new red lump that has pus on top on my legs. They are never anywhere except my legs. When I push down on it, it stings a little and the pus is really soft and comes out very easily, but leaves the very unattractive red mark behind. What could it be?

Hello, It is my pleasure to help you, I had gone through your history and understand your concern, The infection and swelling may due to type of bacteria entering the skin, usually by way of a cut, abrasion, or break in the skin. This break does not need to be visible. The most common organisms which would have caused your symptoms are Group A Streptococcus and Staphylococcus which are part of the normal skin. Your infection and swelling can be diagnosis most often by clinical clinical examination. Treatment consists of resting the affected area, cutting away dead tissue, and antibiotics. Hope i have answered your query. Feel free to post query. Thank you.
