What Could Be The Reason For Blood And Pus In Urine?

Hello Doctor,
Please I’m very afraid; I have some Blood and pus from the penis.
I did urine analysis

(I’m in Spain, so the result is in Spanish language)

Here it is:
pH: 5,5
Densidad: 1020
Glucosa: Nigativo
Proteinas (Albumina): Indicios
Cuerpos Cetonicos : Indicios
Bilirrubina: Negativo
Urobilinogeno: Indicios
Nitritos Positivo
6-8 Leucocitos/campo
4-6 Hematiess/campo
Abundantes germens

Doctor Saied it is due to sexual rapport, but I haven’t any sexual rapport about 3 months.
This things start with lot of urine about 3 days, I peed 6 to 8 times per day.
Doctor gives me Ciprofloxacin 500, 1 tablet each 12 hours. And he advised me to drink lot of water.
I start taking the tablets on 03 Jan 2014, 3 days ago, but I still have the blood and pus with urine
No pain nothing, no Heartburn urine.
Please Doctor I’m very very afraid

Thanks for query.leucocytes >10/ml is significant and u have less than that.hematuria is probably due to infection.need not worry much as you dinot have any other constitutional symptoms like fever.continue cipro then if it spent subside you need to have another antibiotic like nitifurantion for 7 to 10 .this would do as most infections have become resistant to cipro.please do mention your as it really matters when you are more than 60 years the protocol is completely different and needs to evaluate for malignant cells.regards
