What Could Be The Reason For Breaking Out In Sudden Cold Sweat Followed By Nausea And Lightheadedness?
About 1:30pm my husband and I were with some friends in a movie theater when I suddenly broke out in a cold sweat and after suppressing as long as I could I had to leave. After an hour of sitting in the cool outside breeze it had passed. We went to dinner. I hate my normal size meal and toward the end of the meal it came back. We left and my husband brought me home. The nausea was to the point that I made myself throw up to see if it would help. That was on Sat and its now about 3:30pm on the following Monday and the nausea still comes and goes. I also have a feeling of light headedness at the base of the back of my head. I had my tubes burned (pom method) almost 9 years ago during a csection to deliver my twins. Never had regular periods. Not on any new meds. Wgat I find odd is there is no stomach cramping like with the normal stomach bug. Please help. Thanks

Well a stomach bug may not be causing these symptoms. These very same symptoms are usually related to either a hormonal.imbalance or are seen in pre-menopausal women. You have failed to mention your age despite the elaborate description and so I cannot really pin point the problem. Which is why a visit to a doctor would be most approproate, wherein you can even get your hormone levels checked and be prescribed hormone supplements if required.
