hiiiiiiii dr....my problem is dis dat i often get chest pain from exact middle upper chest.since last 1year..i m 26 age girl..i got my ecg done and lipid profile test..........evrthing is normal...can u tell me the reason.........

He'll.Welcome to HCM forum.Since ECG is normal,it rules out cardiac involvement.Your pain is most likely either muscular or psychological.Do daily regular outdoor exercises and forget it.There is no need of any medicine.Thanks and good luck.

hi welcome to hcm.see as you done your ecg and lipid profile all are normal means rule out cardiac pathology .it may be due to gastritis or may be muscular or due to anxiety .do you have any other symptoms associated with it? so you have to go to physician and rule out the cause for it.
