What Could Be The Reason For Delayed Periods, Stress, Mood Swings, Frequent Urination, Fatigue With HPT Negative?

My last period started on October 15, 2013 and I normally have a 31 day cycle. I have not had my period yet. I have unprotected sex about 3 times a week. I have been under a lot of stress and in the beginning of November I was in a really bad car accident, but was not harmed. I have been extremely moody and have food cravings. I urinate more than normal and I am very tired all the time. I took a pregnancy test a few days ago but it came out negative. What's wrong with me?

hello there!
SOunds like a psychiatric intrusion for delayed period. Post traumatic stress disorder needs work up and a psychiatrist. if previously normal cycles i am sure its psychiatric as anxiety does that. but seek gynecologist opinion into the matter for delayed periods.
good luck
