Have you checked your blood pressure recently?and have you undergone any blood tests ? this could happen if you are suffering from
stress or have a thing about adding on weight . if you do not feel like having food at once , you could try having small bites in the form of salads , sandwiches, a puff, fruits etc , when you are not having a good meal ,increase salads , soups in your diet , they help you in being active and increase the appetite,drink lots of fluids in the form of juices /just water also helps . avoid aerated drinks , go for fresh fruit juices
regarding the heart beat, again if your anxious the heart generally beats faster , do you have any such problem? I also recommend a
thyroid profile test , an ECG , and blood counts with Hb , DONT PANIC , THIS IS JUST TO KEEP YOU SAFE, do get back to me with how you feel
