What Could Be The Reason For Experiencing Hip Joint Pain?
Hi, I am a triathlete and have being experiencing some hip joint pain. It started of as a little tingle on the out side of the joint and then one run it hit and now hurts on the inside. It feels likes it bruised and only really hurts when I run or lie on that side.
Dear sir, One of the most common condition affecting the hips of atheletes giving rise to pain as you are describing is impingement syndrome. Basically meaning part of soft tissue around the hip is getting pinched. I would suggest a MRI of the hip to rule this out.
