Hello, when I run or do excersise nothing major, I feel very dizzy and can't breath .. It's scary there has been two occasions were I lost my vision for a couple seconds , I find myself trying to calm down and breath when this happens.. I'm 19 years old and the first time that this happened I was 15 and the other time I was 17. Thank you so much for trusting us with your health query.
I am so sorry to hear about breathlessness and dizziness during exercise. Exercising takes practice to tolerate it. From the information you have provided, you are clearly not physically fit. I will suggest that you start exercise with very little effort ad increasing the intensity slowly to reach levels you can tolerate. BE consistent and progressive s as to get the body adapted to this.
I hope you find this helpful. I wish you well. Thank you so much for using our services and please do feel free to ask for more information if need. Thanks. Dr. Ditah, MD.
