What Could Be The Reason For Feeling Light Headedness?
i woke up this morning around 6am and when I got out of bed...I felt light headed and even my legs very light and I felt unstable.. my face was flush. Even now although i am more stable walking, i still feel light headed..not fully cognizant, foggy . We have a blood pressure device and i am 120/97.. 75 beats

Your blood pressure and beat rate is fine..Take some antivert and get some rest.If the problem persist seek a Gp and get this vertigo assessed..It seems innocuous.
