What Could Be The Reason For Fever After Oral Sex?

My girlfriend had a fever two days after oral sex and inter course with me. We are both mature 50 and 48 respectively She cannot get pregnant due to having her uterus removed years ago. I ve not has sex with anyone other than her and she thinks I have her an STD? Fever symptoms etc

Both Oral sex and sexual intercourse can transmit STI and HIV , As you had sex with your partner both of are at risk of acquiring the infection.
Many of the STIs like chlamydia and gonorrhoea remains in the body without showing any symptoms but they may transmit infection to the partner.
The symptoms your partner having are may be due to STI it should be confirmed by lab tests.
You and your wife should undergo battery of test to know the presence of infection in the body.
