Can Glandular Fever Be Contracted Through Vaginal Oral Sex?

Can you contract glandular fever from vaginal oral sex?
I've been diagnosed with glandular fever e few weeks ago and was wondering, could I pass it on by giving my GF oral sex? I know it passes trough kissing, so we're not doing that, but could it also pass trough oral intercourse?

hiii dear


grandular fever may have bactreial or viral in origin
mostly it is not due to sexually transmitted

but some of STD has same pathology
so it would better to know what type of fever and its etiology

blood culture and other investigation is useful to identify underlying pathogens

than we able to know route of infection
till that it would be better to use condoms for protection
or avoid if possible till fever will subside
go to doctor and take treatment
