What Could Be The Reason For Frequent Urination ?

Hi, My son is 4 year 8 months, he is going to urine very frequently and he says not able to stop. Many times urine is leaking in his clothes, we have shown to chidren doctor , they have done urine test twise and said no issue. This is going on last one month and we are bit worried, kindly advice where can we consult for further treatment?

frequent urination can be due to lot of reasons it can be due to urine infection or diabetes with other symptoms or other problems kindly consult pediatrician for further evaluation of the problem.
