What Could Be The Reason For Getting Elevated Level Of Alkaline Phosphatase(255),AST(38)and ALT(48) And How Could It Be Controlled?

Just got back blood work. Shows ALKALINE PHOSPHATASE @ 255 (range should be 33-130). AST of 38 (range should be 10-35). ALT of 48 (range should be 6-20). I'm just trying to understand this and see what I can do to get these numbers in range.
