Hi,thanks for query.This can happen,when ever you are in light sleep the things that you have remembered during the day or in recent past comes to your mind.This happens at subconscious level and without your knowledge.There some memories attached to that incident may be pleasant or unpleasant so this comes to your mind.Do not worry ,this not a problem.
