What Could Be The Reason For Having A Cough Along With Spots On His Face And Legs?
Hello, my grandson has developed a cough along with spots on his face and legs. He gets irritated when anyone tries to lift his top/vest to look at his back. No temperature, but has crashed (sleeping) yet his twin brother is fine - and sadly, won't go to sleep.... He is not really a concern. Please advise, thanks.

Hi cough along with irritation of face and legs can be atopic dermatitis.atopy is combination of dryness .allergic symptoms like cough and running nose and asthma.
Cough is due to allergic condition which can be cured by cetrizine tablet in the night time and benadryl syrup twice daily.
Irritation of face and legs can be cured by application of regular moisteriser twice daily and steriod ointment on the spots.and use of antibiotic twice daily
