What Could Be The Reason For Having A Feeling Of Something Stuck In Chest?

My mom is diabetic. She feels that something stuck in her chest.she told us that i dont want to eat anything .i hav no hunger.always feel heavyness.test are ok report.we concern with many doctors.they all giv us medicine for digestion.but there is no response..wat the reason is?

Hello dear, thanks for your question on HCM.
I can understand your mother's situation and problem.
The feeling of something stuck in chest is mostly due to esophageal pathology.
Since she is not improving with digestion medication, something organic lesion must be there in esophagus.
So better to consult Gastroenterologist and get done
1. CT neck
2. Upper GI scopy.
She might be having esophageal polyp or mass or achalasia cardia.
So better to first diagnoherherself and then start appropriate treatment.
