What Could Be The Reason For Having A Lump In My Throat Just Underneath My Adams Apple?

Lump in my throat just underneath my Adams apple causing dizziness. Recently I have been experiencing pain in my throat which is making me feel extremely dizzy and I can t focus on my work due to this. I just randomly got the lump this morning, I didn t have it last night when I went to sleep

I do not think a lump can arise overnight. Or you might looked at your Adams apple very closely for the first time. Any swelling in the neck may not cause dizziness. Just try with some analgesics and report if there is no improvement.
