What Could Be The Reason For Having Cramps, Back Pain, Dizziness, Diarrhea And Nausea After Periods Which Usually Is Before The Periods?

Finished my period and now I feel like I'm about to get it. Usually before my period I get cramps and have small case of diarrhea. This time I got cramps, back pain, dizziness, diarrhea and nausea 3 days after my period. And it's been two days with the symptoms. Can I be sick?
