What Could Be The Reason For Having Dark Discharge And Cramps?

Thanks,yesterday I came home from church with a pains in my lower abdomen,when I went to urinate I some dark discharge and I have been having cramps like someone who is mensurating,this morning I woke up with the same feeling and the same discharge.what can it be?and for some months now I have not been seeing my perios and I'm not pregnant after I had a minor surgery to rectify a cut in my womb after my c section.

Hello.In function of your symptoms is important to make a vaginal ultrasound to see uterus and ovaries.Go to Emergency Service.The doctor will examine you and will request,if he deems it apropriate,an ultrasound to rule out differents pathologies that can cause your symptoms.I wish you good health.
