What Could Be The Reason For Having Digestion Problems And Thirst?

why have I been so thirsty lately
I am 17 very active, try to eat well, pretty slender and built for my age. for the past 48 hours I have been really thirsty I also have been having some digestion problems for the past two months it ranges from dirahrea to constipstion then back to normal. maybe its IBS but I don't have a history of diabetes in my family and I have no other symptoms

exertion induced dehydration or exposure to excess heat - bacterial
infections , others .
