What Could Be The Reason For Having Feeling Of Tight Band From Rib Cage To Back?
I am a 67 yr old female and have what feels like a tight band around my rib cage into my back. It doesn't seem to follow any particular timing. Not at all chest pain so not worried about my heart. Generally good health with Fibromyalgia x7 years. Experiencing it right now and have had a stressful day.

I would suggest you to include more green leafy vegetables, fruits particularly bananas in your diet. Drink plenty of fluids. Ranitidine or omeprazole can be used to address the acidity. An ultrasound abdomen can be once done to rule out any other problem.
