General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi Prince.
This is good that you have come out of typhoid.
Typhoid reduces the resistance power of the body tremendously and may allow other infections to take over which do not respond well with the antibiotics meant for typhoid.
We have to find a probable reason for your weakness and headache.
The commonest reason to rule out is malaria, sinus disease among other reasons.
I would advise such a patient to repeat the blood tests- CBP, Malaria by slide and antibodies, ENT examination, X-ray of sinuses if the symptoms are suggestive of.
Do you have any other symptoms like shivering, bodyache, calf pain stool or urine problem? Please mention for us to help you more.
You need to continue your medicines.
