I have had what seems to be like a heat rash around my anus on my butt cheeks, I have had this for what seems like forever. I have asked my mother about it and she says that it is genetic and it is just acne. There also seems to be boils that seem to be bumps underneath the skin, that hurt when there is pressure on them and will pop and bleed out a foul smelling puss and blood. They also scar over when they go away.
