What Could Be The Reason For Having Mild Coryza And Productive Cough?

Sir my son is 4 year old having productive cough for last 20 days.usually have vomiting at night after 3 4days not daily when we make him prone position during sleep no problem occurs at night.no spasm no fever having mild coryza.no family history of any disease.sir what it can be plz reply and treatment

Your son iis having productive cough. Give him cough exectorant like coscopin plus. Give one vit c chewable tab like limcee 500mg daily. Record his temperature twice daily. Incase of fever consult physician for examination and advise.
