What Could Be The Reason For Having Pain And Tightness Just Above My Left Breast And Neck?

I am feeling a slight pain and tightness just above my left breast close to my armpit and up my neck . I started feeling it this morning when I got upset with one of my kids and I feel a little nauseated with a headache. My heart rate went up today to 134 it's currently 110

Hi, Since you had pain in left side of chest with radiation to neck, i think it might be angina and you should get your ECG . to rule out cardiac disease.
