What Could Be The Reason For Having Pain In Arm, Headache, Fatigue And Chills?

I am 13days from when pain began in left back of upper arm and arm pit. The week before onset of pain I had waves of nausea,headache ,chills,but No fever, and was extremely fatigued.I still have no rash. Very fatigued and pain and burning is coming in longer Intervals. Will the rash eventually come?

I understand your concern and would explain that your symptoms seem to be related to an infection or inflammation (including brachial neuritis or Parsonage Turner Syndrome).

Can you move normally your arm? Does is have a normal strength?

The fact that there is no rash present in your skin can exclude possible Herpes Zoster infection.

I recommend consulting with your attending phyisician for a careful physical examination, some lab tests (complete blood count, inflammation tests), a cervico-thoracic column X ray study.

A nerve conduction study is necessary to exclude possible Parsonage Turner Syndrome.
