What Could Be The Reason For Having Pain In Leg After A Miscarriage?

Hi I had a complete miscarriage two weeks ago and now have started bleeding again but my upper left leg is very painful. I have been to my doctor and he said it could be a stressed tendon in my groin but I'm still worried can you help ease my mind please. Thanks Faye x
