What Could Be The Reason For Having Pain On My Right Gum?

Hi the right gum on the inside of my mouth, the tongue side, is in excruciating pain as of recent. It hurts to move my tongue, open my mouth, chew and swallow. My throat and ear have started to hurt, as well. The pain lessons significantly when I take Advil. Any ideas? I am sixteen.
