Hi,

I can understand yoyr concern for raised bumps on your vaginal area.

There is a possibility of normal proliferation of the hair roots at the vaginal interoitus where there are plenty of thick hair are present. These appears as bumps and females gets confused for one or the other sexually transmitted diseases.

As the umps are skin colored and there is no pain or itching so there is a possibility of molluscum contagiosum. Molluscum contagiosum are skin colored bumps with central indentation at the beads. It is generally not tested in most of the battery of tests performed for sexually transmitted diseases.

Yeast infection never presents as bumps so you meet a dermatologist who can check out the exact cause of the bumps.

Take care
