Small freckles like dot on the roof of my mouth, soar throat, yellowish tint on the roof of my mouth. And for days been suffering with a razor like sensation on my tongue. I am taking antibiotics my doctor gave me two months ago. Can you help thanks.......

From history it seems that you might be having oral thrush might be due to disturbed intestinal floa due to antibiotic.
Take Probiotic capsules and B.complex, folic acid tablet for few days.
Apply Gention violet locally.
Keep oral hygiene proper.
Ok and take care.
