What Could Be The Reason For Having Stabbing Chest Pain, Lump, Breathlessness And Blood In Mucus?
Hello Im a 26 man, I feel stabbing and constant chest pains on left side with a small lump. I sometimes feel breathlessness and have blood in mucus today.
I will take an X ray on Monday.
Could you pls let me know what's the problem according to your experience?

i have read your query and concerned
as you said you had a small lump ,sob,hemoptysis(blood in mucus)
2diagnosis may come
1.pulmonary tb if you are asian in origin
2.lung carcinoma might also a possibility - but as your age is 26 it is less likely
3.there are many causes for hemoptysis but these fit your condition
i will suggest you to go toa hospital as early as possible and get an xray done
