What Could Be The Reason For Having Swelling In Foreskin And Burning During Urination?

Hi my boyfriend just told me he was worried he has an std. I asked him what his symptoms were and he said that his foreskin is swollen and it only itches if he touches it and it burned when he peed. He said it wasn't unbearable but it was noticeable. We last had sex on on Monday night and I haven't noticed anything wrong with myself. What could this be?

Hi,
Thanks for writing in to us.

He might be having a urinary infection if you are not infected and if he does not have any other partner. A course of antibiotics abd drinking plenty of water may help. Confirm diagnosis and take treatment. Avoid sex for two weeks.
