What Could Be The Reason For Having Tightness On The Right Side Of My Chest And Excess Sweating?

I have been experiencing some mild discomfort / tightness on the right side of my chest for about a week now. I also had a sore spot on the right side of my back, just beside my shoulder blade, but that has gone away. I have noticed that the tightness worsens with activity and I have been sweating a lot more, as well. No other symptoms to report. I am a 31 year old female and I gave birth to my first child just over 5 months ago.

You should have your blood pressure, X-ray,Thyroid profile and ECG tests.You have not specified whether you had a normal delivery or had any complications. Consult a physician.
