What Could Be The Reason For Having Vomiting, Headache, Diarrhea And Nausea?

I think I had the Stomach Flu because I Vomited once, and had diarrhea once. That was a week ago but I have gotten headaches on and off but just small ones but still and I Have been sleeping a lot, I feel nausea and before the Vomiting last week I coughed and Had Headaches on and off. I feel there's something really wrong, I know it wasn't pregnency because I came on my monthly the week before last week and I haven't be nowhere near sexually active.

The chances of viral infection is just likely that might have disturbs the digestion
and caused vomiting and diarrhoea, and this will come around no need to worry and no medicine for this, take care have nice day.
