What Could Be The Reason For Lower Stomach Pain, Pressure In Back And Scrotum, Urine Urgency, Extreme Pain After Eating?
described to me as : pain in lower right side of stomach and lower back pain pressure around the scrotum area, urine urgency but only a few drops come out and found a bruise lower right stomach area.. some vomitting after I ate pain is not consistent but is extreme when it starts hurting seems like pain starts after eating

The description, suggests the renal colic due to the urinary tract infection, or a stone in the ureter near the bladder.
You may need to have the ultra sound for diagnosis .
Pressure around the scrotum may be du eto the there will be refered pain to the scrotum and may be felt as a pressure around the scrotum.
So i advise you to consult a urologist for diagnosis and treatment.
