Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. The description, suggests the renal colic due to the urinary tract infection, or a stone in the ureter near the bladder. You may need to have the ultra sound for diagnosis . Pressure around the scrotum may be du eto the there will be refered pain to the scrotum and may be felt as a pressure around the scrotum. So i advise you to consult a urologist for diagnosis and treatment. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
